01

Define your role beyond the stack

State whether your focus is frontend, backend, testing or data. Explain where you used each technology. Check language and experience requirements; an English job title alone does not establish an English-speaking workplace.

02

Explain one project in depth

Explain the problem, solution and your contribution. Link a public demo or repository if available; do not share confidential client code. Distinguish team outcomes from your responsibilities.

03

Rehearse the technical discussion

Practise explaining an architectural decision and an alternative. Show how you investigate unfamiliar problems. Check CV links and repository documentation before applying.

04

Check that portfolio links work

For one portfolio project, explain the problem, your contribution and technologies briefly. Separate your work from the team’s results. If a repository can be shared, provide a README, setup steps and example screens. Do not share confidential employer code or customer data. Open links while signed out to check that the recipient can access them.

PUT IT INTO PRACTICE
