Sending and automation
Applications leave from your Gmail. When enabling automation, choose the text, attachments and daily cap; sends are spaced 10 minutes apart.
When you need help
Create a ticket in your panel. The ticket number, replies and notifications are visible there; use [email protected] for general questions.
How does the free trial work?+
Each newly registered Google account receives 5 credits once. No card required. Signing in again does not add credits.
What does one credit cover?+
Unlocking one company’s email and the first application to that company together cost 1 credit. Automatic sending costs 2 credits in total: 1 for unlocking and 1 for a successful send. Searches reserve the selected number of company credits upfront; missing results are refunded. CV text extraction and draft review are free.
Which CV files can I upload?+
German or English PDF/DOCX, up to 5 MB per file. You can also upload certificates and diplomas. For scanned PDFs without extractable text, upload a text-based file.
Which account sends the emails?+
From your Gmail. Sending permission is requested at first sign-in. We do not request permission to read or delete inbox messages.
Is a job or reply guaranteed?+
No. IsteGit helps prepare applications; it does not guarantee a job offer, reply, visa or delivery. Check the source and role suitability.
How can I manage my data?+
View account information and credit history on the Account page. Use Delete my account to remove your account. Revoke Google permissions in your Google account.
A little more detail
What happens at the daily automation cap?+
The daily cap is an upper limit. Reaching it is not guaranteed: relevant new companies, sufficient credits and a valid Gmail connection are needed. The daily counter resets at midnight in Türkiye.
Are free tools and AI tools different?+
Data tools for careers, salaries, education and regions are free. AI tools generating personal text or files use the credit price shown before the action.
