Information collected and its purposes
Your Google account identifier, name, verified email, professional profile, documents, preferences, unlocked companies, applications, credit history and support messages are processed to provide the service. Saved billing details are stored encrypted for future card payments and passed to the payment provider during checkout. Activity and security logs support troubleshooting, abuse prevention and account security.
Google sign-in and Gmail sending
Google sign-in provides account identification. The gmail.send scope permits sending only; inbox reading and message deletion are not requested. Access and refresh tokens are stored encrypted. Manual sending follows your action; automation follows the profession, daily limit, draft and attachments you approve when enabling it. Recipient, subject, content, attachments, result and time are retained for tracking. You can revoke IsteGit through your Google account connections.
Cloudflare security services
Cloudflare delivers and accelerates site traffic and helps prevent attacks. IP address, requested page, request time, browser/device information and security signals may be processed. Forms using Turnstile perform bot checks. Security verification and necessary session cookies are separate from optional visitor analytics.
AI and translation
Depending on the AI tool you choose, CV text or file, professional profile, name, language/tone preferences and relevant company information may be sent to Google AI API services. Your Gmail inbox is not supplied. Source descriptions may be translated with Google Cloud Translation or AI depending on configuration and quota; translations may be cached. Review generated text before use.
Notifications, support and payments
Account, application, automation, credit, payment and support notifications may appear in the panel or arrive by email from [email protected]. Email address and notification content are processed by hosting/email services. Authorized administrators can access support messages. Necessary order and transaction information goes to enabled payment providers; IsteGit does not store card details.
Data sharing and processing across countries
Application emails and selected documents are sent to the recipient company and email services. Hosting, Cloudflare and Google process data for relevant operations. The R2 EU location does not mean all processing and backups in other services stay in the EU. Google user data is not sold or shared for advertising targeting. Sharing is limited to necessary service operations and legal obligations.
Account deletion and retention
You can delete your account under My account with a second confirmation. The active account, connections and related documents are removed; incomplete remote deletions are retried. Emails already sent cannot be recalled. Encrypted backups are normally retained for 30 days; the last two verified backups remain until newer copies exist to protect recovery. Expired hosting copies are removed; Drive copies are trashed and deleted after Google’s 30-day trash period. A keyed digest of the Google account identifier is retained to prevent repeated trial credits after re-registration; it contains no CV or email. Contact [email protected] for access, correction or deletion requests.
Document storage
Your CV and attachments are stored in a private EU bucket on Cloudflare R2. Access requires account authorization. Processing may create temporary files on the hosting server; encrypted backups may be retained on hosting and the connected Google Drive account.
Optional visitor analytics
Google Analytics runs on public pages only after you allow it in cookie preferences. Google may process visits, device information and approximate location. CVs, email content, account identifiers and account pages are excluded, and URL query parameters are removed. Advertising personalization is disabled. You can change your choice using Cookie preferences in the footer.
Support, saved searches and usage measurement
Support messages and saved searches are stored with your account. Usage measurement stores daily aggregate page and action counts without IP, CV contents or email. Database and documents are encrypted in backups on the same server. Encrypted copies are uploaded to Google Drive when the admin enables that connection.
