Service and contact

IsteGit helps you find listings and companies in Germany, prepare a CV profile and application draft, and send applications to chosen recipients from your Gmail. Access the platform at istegit.com and contact our support team for service and account questions. Contact: [email protected].

Account and sending approval

Sign in with Google and grant Gmail sending permission. Upload only accurate documents that you are entitled to share. Sending takes place after you review and approve recipient, message and attachments. Do not use your account for spam, misleading applications or unauthorized bulk messages.

Credits and payments

Unlocking a company contact and sending its first application together cost 1 credit. Credit is deducted at unlock; no additional credit is deducted for the first send. Each new account receives the current free trial allocation once, without a card requirement. Package quantities and total prices appear at purchase. Only configured payment methods are available. Bank-transfer credits are added after administrator confirmation. Purchase is unavailable where payment setup is incomplete. Send transaction, refund and payment questions with your order reference to [email protected]. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Review of results

Listings and contact details come from public sources. Currency of data, recipient replies, interviews, employment and visa outcomes are not guaranteed. CV extraction and AI text are suggestions; verify accuracy before sending. Sent emails cannot be recalled. If sending status is uncertain, check Gmail before attempting any further send.

Data and support

Google data, documents, optional AI processing and deletion requests are explained in the privacy policy. Revoke the connection in your Google account and request support or account deletion from your registered email.
